A female director, two female musicians and the exquisite wines of two young female winemakers: at the Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa Adelboden, the women are setting the tone at the final ‘Music & Wine’ anniversary dinner

Adelboden, 29 September 2026 – The Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa is an icon of the Swiss hotel industry. An elegant, unpretentious building in the classical modernist style. For 125 years it has stood towering over the village of Adelboden – and for 100 years, the Richard family has shaped the history of this multi- award-winning hotel with dedication and passion. The hotel will celebrate this double anniversary on 22 October 2026 with a special and final evening in the ‘Music & Wine’ series of events. Musically and culinarily, the focus will be on the 2020s. Five Swiss women bring perfection and passion to the table. Franziska Richard – the third director from the Richard family, who own the business – hosts and curates the dinner with her charming manner, whilst the two musicians from the Bern-based duo ‘Another Me’, Alischa Boss and Lisa Zaugg, set the tone with their singing and acoustic instruments – at times euphoric, at times melancholic. And then there are the wines from the young Swiss winemakers Laura Paccot and Laura Cruchon, who hold the reins at their wineries Domaine de la Colombe (Féchy) and Domaine Cruchon (Echichens) in the ‘La Côte’ region on Lake Geneva have been taken over. Their well-balanced, award-winning natural wines, which are Demeter-certified, pair perfectly with the individual courses of the dinner. Jiri Urban, an ambitious master of Alpine cuisine, and his team serve up regional dishes with a natural flair. We’re not giving away any more details just yet.
