Hamburg/Adelboden, 14 January 2025 – Classics outlast every trend. That is why Bellevue Parkhotel has integrated the traditional idea of a health retreat into its new spa concept “Cure & Care” and adapted it to today’s lifestyle habits. The focus is on a healthy balance between body and mind and is based on three pillars: intermittent fasting, power & sports, and mental health. Each pillar includes a dedicated health week, preceded by a one-hour walk with a therapist (coach). This gives guests the opportunity to listen to themselves first. That is why every coach walk begins with the question “How are you?” and ends with recommendations for individually tailored treatments.

A special focus is placed on mental health. This is based on the fact that society is changing rapidly and many people are exposed to higher levels of stress due to the increasing pace of work and everyday life. Mindfulness training, meditation, hiking, and selected treatments such as head massages and craniosacral therapy are designed to strengthen personal resilience. Four highly qualified therapists from the Bellevue spa team take care of this. The coach walks are led by former Swiss ski racer Tanja Frei. She says: “Holidays offer a great opportunity to step back from everyday life, sort out your thoughts, and become calmer.” Mental coaching can therefore also be of interest to business people who want to briefly step back, gain a different perspective, and face new challenges without stress. Further information can be found under “Cure & Care.
